Lead Product Manager
Hims & Hers is redefining wellness and healthcare with a fully integrated consumer, clinician, and pharmacy experience designed for the way patients want to be treated today.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own and expand our Fulfillment Distribution and Routing systems. This role will shape the future of how prescriptions move across our network—covering routing, Rx and order transfers, pharmacy-to-pharmacy data sharing, shipment optimization, and integrations with third-party partners. The right leader will not only address today's operational needs but also build scalable, global solutions that anticipate tomorrow's challenges.
This role sits at the center of our supply chain, fulfillment, and pharmacy operations, requiring a sharp operator who can balance execution at a small scale with strategy at a network level. If you're excited by solving deeply complex problems in routing, compliance, and patient experience—and can do so with speed, creativity, and rigor—this is the role for you.
You Will:
- Own and drive the roadmap for Prescription and Order Routing, including patient titration schedules, site-to-site Rx transfers, shipment split/consolidation, and network redundancy.
- Lead strategy and execution for pharmacy-to-pharmacy data sharing and 3rd party pharmacy integrations.
- Design and deliver transportation and distribution optimization solutions that improve performance, reduce cost, and scale internationally.
- Break down highly complex challenges into clear, iterative projects that deliver incremental value.
- Partner closely with engineering, pharmacy, operations, and compliance to develop scalable, compliant, and innovative systems.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and automation as core methods of working within routing and distribution.
- Ensure solutions meet or exceed requirements for regulatory oversight (FDA, Boards of Pharmacy, USP) while maintaining efficiency and patient-first outcomes.
- Act as a domain steward while filling critical near-term gaps across compounding, material management, and shipment management.
You Have:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 4+ years in pharmacy, fulfillment, supply chain, or manufacturing software.
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional systems with tight interdependencies.
- Experience with distribution, routing, or network optimization at scale.
- A strong track record of shipping complex products that customers and stakeholders love.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, balancing long-term scalability with near-term operational needs.
- Comfort working with engineers to make tradeoff decisions, and the ability to clearly communicate technical complexity to non-technical stakeholders.
- High EQ, low ego, and a collaborative style that makes you a valued partner across functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Our Benefits (there are more, but here are some highlights):
- Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles
- Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
- Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave
- Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
- 401k benefits with employer matching contribution
- Offsite team retreats
We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
