Operations Manager
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving all warehouse operations and employees across multiple growing shifts. You will be a part of the management team and be a key stakeholder in building something from the ground up that has a tremendous impact as Hims/Hers grows.
This role is based in Gilbert, AZ and will report to the Sr. Operations Manager.
You Will:
- Provide leadership, guidance and training in all warehouse functional areas.
- Lead a team of area managers and other warehouse personnel.
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge of the capabilities and constraints of fulfillment systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners.
- Establish and maintain coordination of activities with internal and external partners.
- Create and maintain a safe work environment.
- Expand operations to multiple shifts.
- Safeguard warehouse operations and content.
- Implement and manage all warehouse inventory processes.
- Implement and maintain Quality Assurance/Control policies.
- Constantly seek ways to improve efficiency.
- Submit accurate and timely reports.
- Represent the company with integrity.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
You Have:
- 7+ years of working experience in Fulfillment, Warehouse or Distribution environment.
- 7+ years in a Supervisory/Management role.
- 2+ years of OSHA safety experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience leading technically complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively train and manage others.
- Demonstrated ability to work within WMS.
- Six Sigma/Lean Principle experience.
- Proficient knowledge of personal computers and applications.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Strong leadership, team building, organizational and interpersonal skills.
