Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving all warehouse operations and employees across multiple growing shifts. You will be a part of the management team and be a key stakeholder in building something from the ground up that has a tremendous impact as Hims/Hers grows.

This role is based in Gilbert, AZ and will report to the Sr. Operations Manager.

You Will:

• Provide leadership, guidance and training in all warehouse functional areas.
• Lead a team of area managers and other warehouse personnel.
• Demonstrate a deep knowledge of the capabilities and constraints of fulfillment systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Establish and maintain coordination of activities with internal and external partners.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
• Expand operations to multiple shifts.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and content.
• Implement and manage all warehouse inventory processes.
• Implement and maintain Quality Assurance/Control policies.
• Constantly seek ways to improve efficiency.
• Submit accurate and timely reports.
• Represent the company with integrity.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

You Have:

• 7+ years of working experience in Fulfillment, Warehouse or Distribution environment.
• 7+ years in a Supervisory/Management role.
• 2+ years of OSHA safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience leading technically complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively train and manage others.
• Demonstrated ability to work within WMS.
• Six Sigma/Lean Principle experience.
• Proficient knowledge of personal computers and applications.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Strong leadership, team building, organizational and interpersonal skills.
