Solutions Analyst
As a Solutions Analyst on the Operations team, you'll support research and prototype development for tools that streamline inventory planning, data management and daily task workflows. You'll partner with senior analysts, operations leads, and engineering partners to gather requirements, build simple dashboards, and iterate on low-code prototypes. This hands-on role is a great opportunity to grow your skills in data analytics, visualization, and operational app development while contributing directly to our next-generation tools.
You Will:
- Assist with the design and development of first-generation software prototypes from concept through initial testing
- Support data collection, cleansing, and basic analysis to identify trends and areas for operational improvement
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (e.g., in Tableau, Power BI, or Retool) to monitor inventory levels, resource utilization, and task status
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, draft user stories, and document workflowsLearn and apply best practices in data modeling, visualization, and user experience
- Participate in benchmarking of low-code/no-code platforms and simple web frameworks for rapid prototyping
- Help draft clear, concise documentation of findings, configurations, and user guides
- Stay current with emerging tools and techniques, sharing insights with the team
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 3+years of experience in software development, data analytics, or a related technical field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, JavaScript, or C++.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Pandas, or NumPy
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and databases.
- Experience developing app-based solutions using frameworks such as Retool, React, Flutter, or low-code/no-code platforms
- Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying complex ideas and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
