We are looking for a Sr. Finance Manager to lead financial planning and strategy for our compounding operations and provide strong oversight across production environments. This role plays a critical role in supporting the launch, ramp, and ongoing operations of new and existing sites – including cost modeling, investment analytics, and labor strategy for a scaling operation.
Lead financial planning and analysis for compounding operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Partner with supply chain and procurement teams to assess material cost trends and impact on production costs
Partner with supply chain to ensure product availability and minimize impact of supply chain disruptions
Develop and maintain standard costing models and overhead allocation methodologies
Partner with production teams to analyze performance, identify cost drivers, and recommend cost reduction initiatives
Monitor and report on labor, raw materials and finished goods utilization
Ensure accuracy in inventory valuation and cost of goods sold
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Expertise in cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, and labor planning
Solid understanding of ERP systems, particularly manufacturing or costing modules
Demonstrated success in financial leadership roles supporting multi-site or high volume production operations
Excellent problem solving, analytical, and modeling skills
Highly motivated, curious, agile, collaborative, and growth mindset oriented
Proven ability to partner cross functionally and influence
High growth industry/organization experience
10+ years of experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
