- The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in quality assurance, food safety, or related fields, demonstrating a strong background in food distribution and manufacturing.
- A bachelor's degree in food science, food technology, microbiology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience in food safety and quality assurance.
- Strong leadership skills are essential, with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience managing multiple shifts or departments.
- The successful candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with various departments.
