✨ About The Role
- The FSQA Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of Food Safety & Quality programs at Home Chef.
- This role includes ensuring compliance with the SQF Management System and managing the cleaning and sanitation program.
- The Superintendent will lead the Management Review process and act as the SQF Practitioner during audits.
- The position requires collaboration with plant FSQA teams and cross-functional teams to identify gaps and propose changes to processes.
- The role may require up to 10% travel and includes responsibilities for coaching and developing supervisory staff.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in quality assurance, food safety, or related fields.
- A completion of a two-year program such as an Associate degree is required for this role.
- Candidates should possess exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- A self-starter who is results-oriented and resourceful will thrive in this position.
- The successful individual will be capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to embrace change and learn quickly.
