✨ About The Role
- The Production Cook will work the 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with weekends off.
- Responsibilities include raw food preparation, cooking, cooling, labeling, and portioning products for the Ready to Heat business.
- The role requires adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, including maintaining a clean workspace and conducting full changeovers when introducing new allergens.
- Cooks must be able to read and understand recipes and accurately document food transitions throughout the cooking process.
- The position involves using various cooking and cooling equipment safely and efficiently.

- The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in a production or warehouse environment.
- A high school diploma is preferred, but not required for this role.
- The successful individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail is crucial, as the role involves documenting times, temperatures, and other key information for food safety.
- Candidates should be able to follow directions from the Production Kitchen Supervisor and adapt to various tasks as needed.
