The Senior Manager, US Strategic Planning & Performance partners with Commercial Leadership to define, align, and track JUUL Labs' US commercial strategy and performance. This role is responsible for leading the annual and long-term planning processes for the US market, ensuring strategies are aligned to corporate objectives, commercially viable, and executable across functions. The Senior Manager develops frameworks for investment prioritization, provides actionable performance insights, and drives cross-functional alignment to ensure the US commercial plan delivers against revenue and growth targets.
