Senior Finance Analyst

Kettle & Fire is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to play a key role in shaping our financial strategy and driving smart, data-backed decisions to join our team. In this full-time remote role, you'll lead monthly financial reporting and analysis, maintain and improve our demand forecast, support annual budgeting, and enhance our financial models and tools. You'll work cross-functionally to provide insights that directly impact company performance and help us stay ahead in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The Senior Finance Analyst, reporting to the Vice President of Finance, responsibilities will include:

• Conduct monthly analysis of the Company's financial results, by collaborating with managers/department leads in identifying trends and areas for corrective action.
• Create and maintain dashboards to help communicate where the Company is on versus off track in achieving its financial targets.
• Prepare detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist VP of Finance with demand planning activities, ensuring the Company's financial model and sales & production planning model reflects the most current forecasted demand levels.
• Leverage the Company's ERP (NetSuite) and other financial tools/systems (ex: Vena) to streamline and build efficiencies into our financial review and reporting processes.
• Evaluate financial implications of business decisions and provide recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.
• Interact cross-functionally to provide ad hoc reporting & analysis support to departments as needed.
