- The role involves working closely with product development and vendors to ensure new products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.

- The candidate will coordinate product inspections and lead onsite audits for North American vendors.
- Managing quarantine, withdrawals, and recalls when necessary is part of the job.
- The role includes maintaining and improving the Quality Scorecard and Ranking for consumable vendors.
- Involvement in regulatory compliance and label approval processes is expected.

- The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, bio-science, or chemical science.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance or Quality management system coordination is required.
- Candidates should possess at least 2 years of auditing experience, ideally in the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, or Personal Care industries.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to effectively influence and negotiate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- The candidate should be able to multitask and prioritize key deliverables in a timely manner.
- Experience with risk analysis tools and statistical analysis is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in database management and project scheduling will be beneficial.
