Wholesale Operations Intern

Job Opportunity

Location: Soho, NYC

Reports to: Sr. Wholesale Operations Manager

Duration: 6 months Hours: 20/week

Responsibilities

Wholesale Operations:

• Prepare master Wholesale Order doc for production each season
• Style numbers
• Images
• Colors
• Own Product Attribute Docs for wholesale accounts
• Style numbers
• Colors
• COO
• Fabric Composition
• UPCs
• Pack up/track/unpack samples for Shopbop, NAP, Revolve and Neiman photoshoots
• Assist in creating Product Knowledge Documents for accounts each season
• Seasonal copy documents for each account - provide information like COO, fabric composition, care instructions
• Enter product info in Intertrade catalog for all EDI accounts
• Assign NRF color codes, size numbers, and UPCs
• Collate copy for new styles being added to Saks
• Regularly review inventory levels for styles live on Saks.com and take down any OOS UPCs
• Send warehouse packing slips on a daily basis for each Saks order
• Help with seasonal line sheet photoshoots – dressing, organizing
• uploading and replacing images, adding product composition
• Assist as needed for Market Appointments
• Building racks, steaming, hanging garments before appts, refresh racks between appointments, taking post appointment notes/videos of assortments
• Post market cleanup – taking apart racks, storing market hangers
• Post market organization of NuOrder and JOOR – updating wholesale account line sheets to accurately match what has been ordered
• Generating and ordering retail tags and UPC stickers for Shopbop & Neiman Marcus for each season and immediate reorders
• Work with Clare on weekly review of wholesale inventory to ensure there are no excess units, and if needed notify warehouse manager of all UPCs to transfer units to retail
• Assist with off price wholesale accounts as needed (TJ Maxx)

General Operations:

• Provide data entry support to Logistics Manager to company ERP (Zedonk)

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Technologically proficient
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Must have exceptional attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solutions oriented team player
• Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
