✨ About The Role
- The Product Development Assistant will support the product development process from concept to production.
- Responsibilities include collaborating with the design team to develop innovative, market-ready products.

- The assistant will prepare and maintain detailed tech packs, including measurements and material specifications.
- Communication with suppliers and manufacturers to review samples and ensure production timelines are met is a key responsibility.

- A bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, Product Development, or a related field is required for this position.
- At least 1 year of experience in product development or a related role within the apparel industry is essential.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and design-related software is necessary, with experience in PLM systems preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction methods is crucial for success in this role.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are needed to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
