Retail Sales Ambassador (50%)

About The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Retail Sales Ambassador to represent MANTLE across our key retail partners in Stockholm on a 50% contract.

In this role, you will be the face of MANTLE in-store, ensuring our retail partners feel supported, confident, and equipped to speak about the brand. Most importantly, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong customer connections, and elevating MANTLE's presence on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as MANTLE's in-store expert across our partner retailers, engaging with customers and driving sell-through
• Provide personalised product recommendations and professional skincare advice
• Clearly communicate MANTLE's brand story, values, and hero products to both customers and store staff
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards, ensuring shelves are always stocked, clean, and on-brand
• Support store teams with stock management, replenishment, and basic operational needs
• Build strong relationships with retail staff, ensuring they feel informed and confident selling MANTLE
• Share store insights, customer feedback, and key observations with the MANTLE HQ team

Who You Are

• Passionate about skincare, beauty, and creating memorable customer experiences
• A strong communicator, confident speaking about products, routines, and brand values
• Commercially driven with a clear sales mindset and a proactive approach
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Experience building relationships with store staff and supporting sell-in/sell-out
• 3+ years of experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics retail
• Fluent in Swedish and English
