✨ About The Role

- The Demand Planning Manager will create and continuously refine weekly and monthly demand forecasts over a 12–18 month horizon by channel and product category. - The role involves partnering with various teams to integrate product strategies, promotional plans, and market trends into accurate demand plans. - The candidate will lead the S&OP process by facilitating demand review meetings and synthesizing inputs across functions into a unified plan. - Monitoring and reporting on forecast accuracy metrics will be a key responsibility, along with identifying root causes of discrepancies and proposing corrective actions. - The role includes collaborating with Supply Planning to translate demand forecasts into actionable inventory plans and addressing risks related to overstock and stockouts. - The Demand Planning Manager will enhance forecasting tools and processes, maximizing the capabilities of Blueridge and ensuring adherence to best practices. - Supporting strategic initiatives through collaboration on assortment planning, financial planning, and marketing strategies will be part of the job. - The candidate will generate and distribute reports on critical metrics such as

- The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in demand planning, merchandising planning, or retail analytics within fast-paced retail or e-commerce environments. - A strong analytical skill set is essential, with advanced proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools for data synthesis and actionable insights. - The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in forecasting models, statistical techniques, and inventory management strategies. - Effective cross-functional collaboration is crucial, as the role requires alignment with various teams including Merchandising, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. - The candidate should be a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and build data-driven business cases to influence stakeholders. - Exceptional communication skills are necessary to present complex data clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. - The individual must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence. - Enthusiasm for Mejuri's mission, along with experience in retail, fashion, or jewelry, is considered a strong asset.
