- The Quality Assurance Operations Team Lead will oversee and guide the QA team to ensure all jewelry products meet high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

- The position requires building weekly and monthly defect type reports and working closely with the Quality Assurance team to analyze defect trends.
- The candidate will supervise the inspection of jewelry for defects, ensuring adherence to Mejuri's quality standards.
- Training programs will be developed and implemented to enhance team performance.
- The role may require travel to Toronto for regular QC training and advanced learning opportunities.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Jewelry Design, Materials Science, or Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or quality control within the jewelry industry is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role is essential for this position.
- Strong knowledge of jewelry production processes, materials, and standards is necessary.
- The candidate should possess excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for leading and mentoring the QA team.
