The Logistics Analyst is responsible for scheduling of weekly outbound truck lanes, coordinating and partnering with operations to ensure successful load out and timely departure, and driving continuous improvement around Misfits Market supply chain. This role requires a self motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross functionality with our operations teams and carrier partners. This role will be directly responsible for ensuring various delivery KPIs are hit and staying out in front of potential issues to pivot and redirect movements as needed to ensure a successful customer delivery experience.
Additionally, this role will play an integral role in aiding in the expansion of our 3PL business vertical, allowing us to be a fulfillment partner to outside companies who look to leverage our operational and reporting capabilities to improve their supply chain operations and customer service. You will be responsible for helping build business processes and managing the supply chain to allow for future expansion of this critical business venture for the company.
