Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead and manage the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and long-term strategic planning.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identify variances, and provide in-depth analysis of key drivers.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management, executive leadership, and stakeholders.
Business Partnering: Act as a trusted financial business partner to various departments (e.g., Marketing, Buying, Tech), providing financial guidance and support on strategic initiatives.
Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support strategic projects, investment decisions, and business initiatives.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes and tools.
Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a similar analytical finance role, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, or luxury industry.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
Technical Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with financial planning software Lucanet is a significant plus.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German language skills are a plus.
Mindset: Proactive, results-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
