What You Will Do

• Booking of incoming invoices and travel expenses
• Reconciliation of credit card transactions
• Participation in optimization processes
• Monitoring of open items
• Communication with other departments and suppliers

Who You Are

• Currently a student, or have recently completed education/studies, or you are looking to embark on a new professional path
• Having initial knowledge in the field of invoice verification and/or accounting is an advantage
• Experience in using MS Office (especially MS Excel)
• Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrate a sense of responsibility and maintain a meticulous and transparent work approach
• Teamplayer, with a great sense for flexibility
