As part of Nestig's Operations team, you will have the opportunity to help provide efficient and complete resolutions for Nestig customers in a practical and detailed manner. You will report to the Head of Operations from the São Paulo office and will be responsible for working closely with all our Operations team, Customer Experience, and Product Development teams to ensure customer orders and issues are fulfilled. You will be a driving force in creating exceptional purchase experiences for our customers (we're talking cribs, kid beds, rugs, wallpaper, and beyond!) through strong analytical and proactive skills and building problem-solving processes that scale.
This full-time position will be based out of our São Paulo office in Pinheiros.
Monitor and manage all shipments in transit and pending pickup, ensuring they move efficiently through each stage of the logistics flow ensuring on-time deliveries;
Communicate daily with our partner carriers (FedEx, UPS, and others) to resolve delivery issues , delays, and exceptions in a proactive and professional manner;
Support customs clearance and export documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customs requirements;
Investigate and coordinate the resolution of lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, including initiating reimbursement or claim processes with carriers;
Track and analyze key logistics KPIs related to the Tracking area — including delivery performance, transit time, losses, and damages — to identify patterns , measure carrier performance, and highlight opportunities for operational improvement ;
Collaborate with the (operations) Scheduling team and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment between order processing and delivery follow-up;
Engage in projects and initiatives to help increase the efficiency of the Operation and improve the Customer Experience;
Use your knowledge, skills, and creativity to improve processes and create new opportunities for growth.
1+years experience in a similar, analytical role, ideally within an early-stage, growth-oriented company
Must be able to work onsite in our São Paulo office three (3) days a week [Monday, Wednesday, Thursday], as well as additionally as needed
Proficient English communications skills (B2+), both verbal and writtenIntermediate Excel skills
A passion for all things Operations — you like helping people and problem solving
Comfort with the ambiguity of changing priorities, and the flexibility to embrace new ideas within a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage multiple assignments at once, while meeting deadlines and analyzing impact
