✨ About The Role
- The Senior Product Development Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing standardized processes for soft goods products from inception to market.

⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a product development role, preferably in a fast-growing startup environment.
- A strong understanding of soft goods product development processes is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required, along with strong Excel skills for documentation and tracking.
- The candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to liaise with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- A self-starter attitude with a passion for product development and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
