Position Summary

As a Quality Analyst on Nestig's Product Development team, you will help ensure the quality and performance of our Hard Goods portfolio. You will report to the Head of Product Development, from the São Paulo office. You will own quality data analysis, reporting, and technical documentation, translating quality metrics into clear insights that support product decisions and supplier performance reviews. You will serve as a key point of contact for Hard Goods quality, supporting lot traceability, inventory workflows, and quality resolution efforts while contributing to scalable processes that support Nestig's growing assortment of furniture and home products.

This full-time position will be based out of our São Paulo office in Pinheiros, with no flexibility for remote full-time.

What You'll Do

  1. Own and manage analysis of hard goods quality data and KPIs, leveraging business intelligence (BI) tools and internal systems to produce executive-ready reports and dashboards that monitor product quality, technical assistance indicators, and product and supplier performance trends;
  2. Provide clear, structured insights and analysis to support the Manager, Product Development, Hard Goods in supplier reviews, onsite execution, and quality-related decision-making;
  3. Evaluate the impact of product changes, quality interventions, and controlled shipment tests;
  4. Support lot traceability and inventory tracking to enable effective quality resolution and internal workflows, ensuring accurate linkage between customer shipments, inventory, and replacement parts;
  5. Serve as primary quality point of contact, ensuring clear and consistent communication of hard goods (HG) quality performance and initiatives with internal teams and suppliers;
  6. Own and maintain product technical documentation and quality records, ensuring accuracy and alignment as products, specifications, and processes evolve.

What You'll Bring

  • +3 years of experience, preferably in quality control and/or supplier management within an industrial, manufacturing, production, or engineering environment as a technician or analyst
  • Must be able to work onsite in our São Paulo office in Pinheiros three (3) days a week [Monday, Wednesday, Thursday]
  • Primary English proficiency (B2+), both verbal and written
  • A passion for all things Product Development — you like generating and streamlining processes and building strong partnerships
  • Knowledge of inspections and/or quality control, preferably in products such as furniture, white goods, or similar
  • Familiarity with quality tools, interpretation of standards, and experience with procedures
  • Understanding of logistics and industrial manufacturing or production processes
  • ISO 9001, Lean Management and Six Sigma certifications considered a plus
  • Comfort with the ambiguity of changing priorities, and the flexibility to embrace new ideas within a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage multiple assignments at once, while meeting deadlines and analyzing impact
