- The D365 Implementation Lead & Product Owner will manage the transition from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics 365, overseeing the entire migration process. - Responsibilities include defining and maintaining the product roadmap for D365, ensuring alignment with Nutrafol's operational and financial objectives. - The role requires translating stakeholder requirements into actionable solutions, working with cross-functional teams to configure D365 effectively. - The candidate will collaborate with Unilever and other brands within the Health & Wellbeing unit to address challenges and track progress. - Continuous improvement will be a focus, identifying new features and enhancements to optimize the D365 environment and related business processes.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Technical Product role, with a strong understanding of business operational and financial processes. - A minimum of 4 years of experience specifically in D365 implementation is required, showcasing a proven track record in configuring and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365. - The candidate should possess a deep understanding of eCommerce and direct-to-consumer models, along with traditional CPG sales functions. - Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills are essential, as the role involves building relationships with global teams and parent-company partners. - The successful individual will be able to articulate a strategic vision for the D365 platform and make data-driven decisions that align with organizational goals.
