Your Role

The Amazon Marketplace BizOps Analyst will help support business operations in one of O Positiv's high growth sales channels. This role will be responsible for supporting essential Amazon projects such as listing management and optimizations, A/B testing, account health and notification management, promotions execution, and marketing activities planning and execution. This individual will work closely with the other parts of O Positiv's Amazon team to help ensure high quality, robust, and continuously improving operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, analytical, self-motivated, an effective communicator, a cross-functional collaborator, and a critical thinker.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Listing Management and Optimization: Manage the creation and optimization of all listings including creative, copy, titles, backend keywords, and A+ / enhanced brand content
• A/B Testing: Manage the ideation, deployment, and analysis of Amazon A/B tests to drive continuous performance improvement
• Account Health Management: Manage all inbound notifications and messages, prepare high quality and accurate responses, manage escalation internally and with various Amazon stakeholders, be the expert on Amazon policy, and continuously look for ways to maintain fully compliant and robust account health
• Promotions: Manage promotional execution for all sales periods and help O Positiv achieve consistently exceptional promotional performance
• Marketing Activities: Help manage and execute Amazon approved marketing activities (e.g., Amazon posts) to ensure O Positiv is using all the high performing marketing features available to sellers on the platform
• Tools: Explore, test, and manage Amazon operational tools, features, and updates to ensure that O Positiv is aware of and using the most up to date tools and features available to 3P sellers on the platform
• Amazon Operational Support: Provide additional support to a range of operational activities and projects including inventory and freight management, customer support, product launch, and creative optimizations

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-5 years of experience on Amazon, e-commerce, other online marketplaces, and / or other start-ups
  • Strong analytical skills in Excel
  • Strong interest in women's health is a major plus
• Interpersonal:
  • Structured and data-driven with ability to frame and solve complex problems individually and with others
  • Ability to manage multiple moving pieces – hard working, organized, and results-oriented individual
  • Strong communication skills: listen, reflect, and proactively learn
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Highly trustworthy, honest, and ethical individual that thrives in building high trust supportive environments

Hours and Compensation

• Job Type: Full-time
• Compensation: $80K / yr - $100K / yr plus bonus
• Position based in our office in Santa Monica, Los Angeles County, CA (Mon-Thu in office and Fridays remote)
