ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Manufacturing Specialist – Refurbishment Line, you will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional warehouse environment to restore Peloton’s premium products to like-new condition. You’ll collaborate with supervisors, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to diagnose issues, replace parts, reassemble, and ensure every refurbished unit meets our high standards. This role requires hands-on mechanical skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to adapt to varying product conditions while working safely and efficiently

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, refurbishment, and packaging of products.

  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all inventory and parts prior to assembly or installation.

  • Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Work across multiple stations and product lines, adapting to shifting priorities.

  • Maintain workplace organization, discipline, and adherence to standard operating procedures.

  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, materials, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.

  • Meet or exceed daily production and quality targets while upholding Peloton’s standards.

  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and results-driven team culture.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or refurbishment environment.

  • “Can-do” attitude with strong problem-solving and common-sense reasoning skills.

  • Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, measuring instruments, fixtures, and machinery.

  • Ability to interpret work instructions, SOPs, schematics, and process maps.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting with changing priorities.

  • Results-driven approach with a focus on meeting production goals without sacrificing quality.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This is an active role requiring long periods of standing. Candidates must be able to lift up to 145 lbs with assistance. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Typical shifts begin between 6:00 AM–3:30 PM or 4:00 PM–12:30 AM, with flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed.

The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.

Hourly Pay Rate
$22—$22 USD
