The compensation target range for this role is:

$63,800 - $75,000

Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Reporting & Analytics

• Generate and distribute weekly/monthly performance reports for senior leadership.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery success, lead times, and 3PL partner performance.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate trends and insights effectively.

Delivery Network Optimization

• Analyze delivery data to identify network improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with 3PL partners to implement changes that enhance delivery speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of network changes on operational performance.

Data Mining & Process Improvement

• Compile data to quickly root cause delivery delays and implement future preventive measures.
• Reconcile data sets from multiple sources efficiently and quickly, while maintaining a nuanced view of which information is most impactful to represent in summary or in specific detail.

Cross-Functional Support

• Serve as the data liaison between logistics, IT, customer service, and 3PL providers.
• Communicate to, and understand clearly how operational processes function across different teams and departments.
• Support ad hoc data requests and provide analytical support for special projects and initiatives.

Required Skills, Education, Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain analytics, or operations analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and building reports in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP/TMS/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan).
• Basic SQL proficiency
• Familiarity with e-commerce or retail logistics environments

• Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned.
