- The engineer will be responsible for developing and driving plant quality KPIs to monitor and improve performance.

- The Senior Quality Engineer will also oversee the change approval process for risk assessment, verification, and validation.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering with at least 7 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- A Lean Sigma Green Belt certification is required, with a Black Belt preferred, indicating a solid understanding of process improvement methodologies.
- The successful individual will possess excellent problem-solving skills and be adept at using tools such as PFMEA, Ishikawa diagrams, and SPC.
- Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
- Experience in managing projects of moderate complexity and scope is crucial for driving long-term improvements in quality assurance.
