✨ About The Role
- The Customer Returns 3PL Manager will be responsible for maintaining a collaborative relationship with the 3PL Customer Returns Partner and Quince leadership teams to ensure logistics activities are connected and compliant with quality requirements
- Responsibilities include maintaining KPIs and SLAs, analyzing performance data, conducting performance reviews, and continually seeking opportunities to improve customer experience and operational effectiveness
- The role involves managing and controlling performance, improving quality, services, capacity, and cost optimization to enhance fulfillment and logistics operations
- The successful candidate will implement a system for collecting data on returns graded items and products with high defect rates to improve processes and provide feedback to sourcing teams
- This position requires on-site presence at the 3PL Customer Returns Center, flexibility in work schedule, and the ability to lift up to 40lbs

- The ideal candidate for this role should have experience managing a 3PL relationship and working in a warehouse operation, specifically in returns, receiving, inventory control, and outbound shipping
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for success in this position
- The candidate should be proficient in Excel and Google Suite, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects efficiently
- Experience in customer returns processing and working with remote teams across different geographic regions is highly valued
- The successful candidate should have a track record of maintaining performance metrics, improving quality, services, capacity, and cost optimization in fulfillment and logistics operations
