✨ About The Role
- Responsible for developing and executing the business plan underlying Quince Logistics Services
- Full P&L ownership for operations, network design, technology, financials, and sales of the new business
- Drive 3-day order to delivery for 90% of customers and onboard new customers for QLS
- Negotiate contracts with carriers, third-party logistics providers, and suppliers to optimize cost and service levels
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve quality and delivery times

- Minimum of 20 years of senior leadership experience in logistics or supply chain management within an e-commerce or global trade environment
- Proven track record of managing complex global logistics operations and delivering measurable improvements
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing diverse and geographically dispersed teams
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and strategic partnership skills
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
