- Experience in cross-border logistics and the ability to adapt to multiple international time zones is preferred.
- The successful individual will thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment and be comfortable with ambiguity.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a strong drive towards achieving KPIs is crucial.
