✨ About The Role
- Manage day-to-day operations for CFS (Container Freight Station) operations, drop ship vendors, 3PLs, and transportation carriers
- Conduct weekly business reviews, analyze metrics, and implement corrective actions to ensure performance goals are met
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operations and achieve a 3-5 day order-to-delivery cycle from overseas
- Develop enhanced dashboards and reporting tools in partnership with engineering to support data-driven decision-making
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs
- Prepare and present regular reports on logistics metrics and strategic initiatives to senior leadership
âš¡ Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in transportation, distribution, or logistics roles, with a focus on small parcel carriers and ecommerce
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven track record in vendor management and driving supply chain efficiencies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
