- The candidate should be product-obsessed, with a proven ability to leverage factory/vendor expertise to design and bring products to market.
- A GM mindset combined with a supply chain background and manufacturing experience is crucial for driving operational excellence.
- The successful individual will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with a strong focus on execution and process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and collaborate with partners.
