- A strong network of partner factory connections within the Linen category across Asia is essential, with a focus on India and surrounding regions.
- The candidate should possess a product-obsessed mindset, leveraging factory/vendor expertise to design and bring products to market effectively.
- A background in supply chain management and manufacturing, particularly in lean and just-in-time (JIT) practices, is highly desirable.
- The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with a strong focus on execution and process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration and presentation.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, indicating a solid educational foundation for the role.
