- The Director of Workplace Planning will build and lead the Workplace Planning function for the enterprise within Enterprise Real Estate Services.
- This role involves assessing the current state of workplace assets and diagnosing opportunities for transformation.
- The primary objective is to optimize the portfolio aligned with business goals, aiming for a cost reduction of 20-30%.
- The director will lead a team of four Regional Workplace Planning Leads to effectively allocate workspace and align supply with demand.
- Responsibilities include producing and maintaining master occupancy plans and ensuring data completeness and accuracy.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, with an advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience is required, with at least 10 years specifically in Workplace/Occupancy Planning.
- The candidate should possess a strong understanding of CAFM systems and the workflows necessary for workplace optimization.
- Proven leadership experience is essential, with at least 8 years of experience leading a team of direct reports.
- The successful individual will have a deep knowledge of workplace metrics and measurement methodologies.
