- The role involves coordinating systems engineering support for production, depot maintenance, and field performance activities related to the F135 engine.
- The deputy manager will work closely with engineering and sustainment leadership, as well as various internal component groups and the Joint Program Office.
- Responsibilities include leading the Fleet ACI and Fleet Performance Analytics, as well as supporting the overall schedule development for maintenance activities.
- The position requires a proactive approach to learning and understanding F135 data systems to improve processes while ensuring fleet safety.
- The role anticipates approximately 10% travel for the successful candidate.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 10 years of engineering experience, or a master's degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- A strong understanding of systems engineering and the ability to integrate various data sources to resolve complex production and field issues is essential.
- The candidate should possess excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience in F135 fleet sustainment or familiarity with F135 data systems will be highly beneficial.
