✨ About The Role
- The Integrated Business Planning Lead will be responsible for implementing and managing an effective IBP system for Raytheon UK.
- This role involves leading the development and maintenance of the IBP system, processes, tools, and output reports.
- The successful candidate will ensure that core demand for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP) is effectively captured and communicated.
- The role requires overseeing the prioritization and approval of internal Operational and Capital Expense (OPEX & CAPEX) change projects.
- The candidate will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to regularly review business performance and provide insights for improvement.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of relevant experience in a highly regulated environment, demonstrating a strong track record of exceeding customer expectations.
- A successful applicant will possess a deep understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) systems, including Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and resource planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- The candidate should be a capable leader and influencer, able to effect change across a matrix organization without direct hierarchical control.
