✨ About The Role

- This position is part of a two-year rotational Operations & Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (OSCLDP). - Participants will engage in short-term work assignments across various disciplines such as Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Strategy & Transformation. - The program includes high-caliber training, mentoring, and guidance from RTX leaders and alumni. - Graduates of the program will possess enhanced leadership and functional skills, as well as business acumen. - The role requires relocation to different RTX cities/states every twelve months to broaden exposure to the business.

- The ideal candidate will have an MBA or Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related discipline. - A minimum of 3 years of related work experience is required for this position. - Candidates must be willing and able to relocate anywhere in the U.S.A. during the program. - Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role. - The candidate should be self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
