- The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or postgraduate studies in Business, Finance, Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics, or a Bachelor's degree with significant experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience is required, particularly in logistics and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in both English and Polish is essential for effective communication with local suppliers and authorities.
- Experience with government regulations and compliance, especially in export/import requirements, is crucial for this role.
- The candidate should possess strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
