- The Manager, Manufacturing Operations will oversee the delivery, quality, and cost goals for Military Engines development programs.
- This role involves managing critical engineering changes to meet program commitment dates and supporting new product introductions.
- The candidate will coordinate and maintain the program industrial plan, working closely with various teams including Module Centers and Global Supply Chain.
- Monitoring part improvements through Key Process Indicators and standard delivery metrics is a key responsibility.
- The position requires up to 25% regional and domestic travel, and the ability to obtain a secret security clearance is mandatory.

- A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or operations management.

- Experience with SAP/MRP systems is essential for managing supply chain sourcing and operations assessments.
- The candidate should be adept at balancing and resolving conflicting priorities while working with executive-level management.
