- A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a similar industrial environment.
- Candidates with a Master's Degree and 5 years of related experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience with SAP/MRP systems is essential for this role.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required, indicating a need for trustworthiness and reliability.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of balancing and resolving conflicting priorities in a dynamic environment.
