✨ About The Role
- The Manager, Manufacturing Operations will be responsible for driving industrial rate readiness throughout the Value Stream for Military Engines development programs.
- This role involves partnering with the research and development team to ensure delivery, quality, and cost goals are met.
- The position requires managing critical engineering changes and supporting all program activities with the coordination of the program industrial plan.
- The candidate will monitor part improvements through Key Process Indicators and standard delivery metrics.
- Up to 25% regional and domestic travel is expected, indicating the need for flexibility and adaptability.

- A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a similar industrial environment.
- Candidates with a Master's Degree and 5 years of related experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience with SAP/MRP systems is essential for this role.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required, indicating a need for trustworthiness and reliability.
