✨ About The Role
- This position is for a 2nd shift role, working Monday to Thursday from 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM.
- Selected employees will undergo a 3-week training program followed by 4-8 weeks of on-the-job training.
- Responsibilities include setting up and operating NC milling/grinding machines and vertical turret lathes.
- Employees will learn to work from operation sheets and verify conformance of finished work using precision measuring instruments.
- The role involves maintaining machines through total preventive maintenance (TPM) and collaborating with engineers and quality assurance personnel.

- A successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED.
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to access to sensitive information.
- Candidates with 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or related trades will have an advantage.
- The ideal individual should be able to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills in reading, writing, and understanding English are essential.
