✨ About The Role

- The Manufacturing Specialist will be responsible for processing parts through the manufacturing line in a 24-7 environment. - The role requires the ability to perform multiple tasks at various levels of completion while managing time and resources effectively. - The selected candidate will work with specialized equipment and software, including robotics and CNC machinery. - Continuous improvement is a key focus, utilizing tools such as Kaizen events and the CORE Operating System. - The position involves setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting automated manufacturing center equipment.

âš¡ Requirements

- A degree or diploma in an engineering discipline, Journeyman machinist, Mechanical Technician, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. - Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an automated manufacturing environment. - Previous grinding and/or machining experience is considered an asset and may provide an advantage. - Fluency in English is necessary for effective communication in the workplace. - The ideal candidate must be eligible to work in Canada and be willing to work all shift hours, including night shifts.
