- The candidate should possess experience in leading teams in a fast-paced environment and managing work assignments to completion.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and a proven track record of implementing six sigma projects will be beneficial.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is essential, requiring U.S. citizenship.
