- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or an associate degree with at least four years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of two years of experience using a microscope and hand-held instruments for product assembly is essential.
- Candidates must possess an active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance.
- Experience in an engineering environment and the ability to read and create engineering prints is preferred.
- Knowledge of Foreign Object Debris/Damage (FOD) prevention methods and handling electrostatic discharge (ESD) sensitive items is advantageous.
