✨ About The Role
- The Deputy Program Manager/Site Lead will oversee the execution of the Northwest Range Operations and Sustainment (NWROS) program at Joint Base Elmendorf/Richardson.
- Responsibilities include day-to-day performance management and mission support for the contract at JBER, AK.
- The role involves coordinating work schedules to ensure adequate personnel support for daily missions and surge operations.
- The candidate will supervise functional leads for maintenance of ranges, facilities, and ground support equipment.
- Regular meetings with government customers will be required to discuss performance and future planning.
- The position includes planning, budgeting, and managing resources to fulfill contract requirements.
- Recommendations for life cycle management and facility upgrades will be provided to the Program Manager.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles, managing teams of 20 or more individuals.
- Experience in range and radar operations is essential for success in this position.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement solutions in a timely manner are crucial.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary for conducting presentations and interacting with senior management and customers.
- The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively across diverse groups and levels within the organization.
- A willingness to relocate to the vicinity of Joint Base Elmendorf/Richardson is required.
- The ability to obtain and retain an Active DoD Top Secret Clearance is mandatory.
