- The Operations Technician will perform electronic, electromechanical, or mechanical production sub-assembly and assembly operations under close supervision.
- Responsibilities include preparing for assembly, handling complex equipment, and training other assemblers in standard work practices.
- The role requires the ability to perform quick failure analysis and propose corrective actions to team leads or supervisors.
- The technician will utilize small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, and screwdrivers to assemble various electrical and mechanical components.
- Collaboration with the Manufacturing and Quality teams is essential to ensure timely product delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of related experience or training in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively training other assemblers and presenting information to supervisors.
- A proactive approach to work is important, as the candidate should demonstrate initiative and the ability to suggest improvements in production operations.
- The candidate should possess leadership skills and be able to work well in a team setting, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
- Familiarity with modern manufacturing tools and techniques, such as Continuous Improvement (CI), Kaizen, and 5S, will be beneficial.
