- The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience in a machine shop environment.
- A strong understanding of machining practices, techniques, and basic mechanical principles is essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, as well as using various machine shop gauges, is necessary.
- The candidate should be comfortable working with CNC controlled machines and have knowledge of ISO code (Fanuc language).
- Physical capability to lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds is required.
