✨ About The Role
- The Operations Technician will perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly and will have multiple skill levels for assembly activities.
- Responsibilities include assembling and/or installing various electrical and mechanical components according to blueprints, wire lists, and diagrams.
- The role requires the use of small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers.
- The technician will collaborate with the Manufacturing/Quality team to ensure on-time product delivery and meet daily and monthly production targets.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed, indicating a need for flexibility in the role.

- The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of related experience or training in a manufacturing environment.
- A strong ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos is essential for success in this role.
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing tools and techniques such as Continuous Improvement (CI), Kaizen, and 5S will be preferred.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team setting are crucial for this position.
- Applicants should be willing to work on a fixed-term employment basis, either for 3 months or 5 months.
