- The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of related experience in machining operations.
- A strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and operation sheets is essential for success in this role.
- Familiarity with CNC programming, specifically G codes and M codes, is important for performing setups and adjustments.
- Proficiency in using various measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers is required.
- Experience with modern manufacturing tools and techniques, including Continuous Improvement (CI) and 5S, will be beneficial.
