✨ About The Role
- The Planning Assistant will perform SAP transactions related to sourcing and swapping parts for module build and repair.
- Responsibilities include collecting parts from the warehouse and issuing them to final inspection, as well as kitting and moving parts to Module Assembly based on build schedules.
- The role requires compliance with department standard work procedures and airworthiness requirements, ensuring quality throughout the process.
- The candidate will monitor engine shortages and coordinate with respective areas for materials' estimated arrival dates.
- Additional duties may include participating in the EH&S program and PIV operations, as well as leading and assigning jobs to the planning assistant team based on engine priorities.

- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of NITEC in any discipline, indicating a foundational level of education.
- A successful applicant will possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in production planning and supply chain operations.
- The role requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable interacting with engine technicians and supporting the planning and collection of parts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective teamwork and collaboration.
- The candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude towards change management.
