- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
- Experience in placing purchase orders of low to medium complexity and processing high volume purchase orders across various business units is essential.
- The candidate should have a strong understanding of DoD procurement and knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (FAR/DFARS).
- Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP systems is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for effective communication with internal customers and suppliers.
